Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Power One PFC250-1048F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powerline products, including obsoleted and phased-out Powertec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Powertron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powerline such as the PPS100012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4000153221001 manufactured by Powertec and we are pleased to be able to service most Powertec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1033 by Manufacturer Powertron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Prab-Conveyor Brand DVLM012623 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Powerwave such as 82124 equipment made by Powerwave have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Powerwave products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Powerwave" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CM1007DBPXBC002 made by Powerwave as well as the popular BG2A original spares produced by Powerex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BM12125L03RF by Pri-Automation and 82124 spares by Powerwave are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE1364C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Processelektronik-Ab.
